Well starting my next phase,suiciding the doors,using stock hinges & latches. I've only seen this done on two trucks,so looking forward to doing this mod!!

A fair amount of metal filling will need to be done,also removing this plate is a pain as doubled walled

Most of this area has to cut away,tiring to figure out how I will get the door to seal again??
Sure would like to talk with the guy who did this mod this way !!
