Also, what are those seats out of? and did they bolt right in to the factory holes?

They're out of a '92 4runner, and they did bolt right in. The only thing I had to do was mount the seatbelt on top of the seat bracket.

you sure your running a 1 ohm load? JL are all 2.66 and 6 ohm if i remember correctly. so would it not be a 1.33 load?

You're probly thinking of the JL W6 and W7 line. The older W6's were dual 6 ohm and the W7's are 3 ohm except for the 13W7 is a dual 1.5 ohm. The W3v2 line came in dual 2 or dual 4. I'm runnin the dual 4's.


I've done 2 SPL competitions with the truck in the past month or so. The first comp I pulled a 142.7 db and got 2nd in my class. The second comp I did 142.9 db and got 1st. Waiting to do a SQ comp to see how it scores there.

Are 12w0 and 12w1's made in China?

They don't seem as well constructed as the older models.

I believe all JL products are made in the U.S. now. But I could be wrong.
