i have the 5 spd and want to go auto. how hard will that be on a 92 2wd. i know i have read a thread before but now i cant find it.

Should be alot easier than it was to convert
my automatic to a 5-speed lol! You will need
to swap out the pedal assembly, as for the shiter Im not 100% sure about that. I do know that my truck had the shifter on the column & it did just unbolt when I did the swap. Oh & your going to need a different drive shaft too. The automatic tranny is longer than the 5-speed. I didnt have to swap out the computer, but I did change the gauge cluter to the sr5 unit.
