i am not getting any spark to the plugs...but the coil is good...i thinkit might be the EMC(electronic control module)...what do you think

ignitor? is there spark at the coil? screwdriver test would be good here.

yes is gave me a pretty good shock...but from the coil to the plugs there is nuthin

cap. rotor. wires. none of the plugs get fire? probably not wires. cap, rotor.

wires, cap , rotor are good...i hate to say it that ECM b/c its a 300.00 part

if you have spark going into the cap, then the distributer must distribute it somewhere right? where's it going?

well thw coil has power and its not getting to the plugs....and what sends the power fromthe coil to the plugs is the ECM RIght??

ecm controls the ignitor controls the coil to the distributor distributes to the plug wires.

If the coil, cap, rotor, and wires all check OK, my guess would be either the igniter that piggybacks the coil or the signal generator inside the distributor.

Had any rain or high humidity or possibly washed the engine ??? could be moisture under the cap. My toyota was notorious for not having fire when it rained, small shot of wd 40 or some ether to dry it out.

that was the first thing i checked and its all clear..its some from the coil to the plugs
